Estahban’s nurtured generations of fig trees, producing fruits of exceptional quality, recognized by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) as a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System (GIAHS).

Inspired by this legacy, we’ve crafted a range of products that celebrate the natural goodness of figs:
